Each Keller Williams agent has the ability to create a Google account when they first come on board with an @kw.com domain. The account is a KW branded Google account, branded to KW, which will include the core Google apps like Gmail, Drive, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, and much more. The account also comes with a a large amount of storage capacity in Google Drive. To set up your new @kw.com email:
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click Your Name, at the top right of the page, then select My Profile.
3. On the left side of the page, click My KW and select the System Information section.
4. In the KW Email section, click Create KW Email.
5. In the Create Email Account modal, select one of the pre-approved options, or you can select the Request a Different Email option and type in the email address (type what comes before @kw.com) that you would like to use.
- If you select from the automatically generated list of addresses, your email address will be auto-approved, and will be ready for instant use, once created
- If you opt to type out a custom address, it takes around 24-48 hours for it to be approved and ready for you to use.
Select or enter the email address, enter a Recovery Email (can't be an @kw.com email address), and click Create.

You will receive an email, to your Google Recovery Email, that your request was either approved or denied. The image below shows what this page will look like after your email address is approved:
Once the email address is approved, will need to reset the password to be able to login for the first time:
1. Go to the Gmail login page (click to add a new account if you are already logged in to a Gmail account), enter your new @kw.com email address, and click Next.
2. Click Forgot Password.
3. We don't have a previous password for this account, so click Try Another Way.
4. A confirmation screen will appear, where it will reference a partially hidden view of your Gmail Recovery Email (you entered this in step 5 in the section above). Enter this Gmail Recovery Email, and click Send.
5. Google will send a verification code to that Gmail Recovery Email. Copy that verification code, then paste it back in the Gmail login flow screen, and click Next.
6. You will be prompted to create a new password, then click Next.
7. You will be prompted to review terms of service and privacy policies, click I Understand, and you can then login to your new account and get started.
